Marivan; Inhuman punishment of 74 lashes and two years imprisonment on a peasant child

Daniel Mam Ahmad, a 17-year-old peasant child from Marivan, was sentenced to two years in prison and 74 lashes. On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, Daniel Mam Ahmad, a 17-year-old peasant worker from Marivan, was sentenced to two years in prison, 74 lashes and a fine by the Revolutionary Court of Marivan.

It is worth mentioning that Daniel Mam Ahmad was arrested by the government forces while working as a peasant in Qulqulay border of Marivan on Saturday and is currently being held in Marivan Central Prison.
